This is for anyone who is ready for a true lifestyle change.  Upon completion of a thorough questionnaire, you will receive a personalized wellness plan that identifies each area of concern that is contributing to a current health issue or is putting you in the path of disease somewhere in the future.  You will be supplied with the information required for a true understanding of your current health and the necessary steps needed to stop the negative progression and begin a path to healing. This includes a home toxin and supplement evaluation as well as meditation instruction.  A 90 minute consultation is included for presenting your individualized wellness plan.  Please allow 5-7 days for a completed plan following the return of your questionnaire.
